The hot spring pools were very nice. The views from the coffee bar were amazing even with it being overcast. There is a beautiful farm. The best part was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful.
One time we said still water instead of tap and we got a $10 bottle of water.

The view and the specious bathrooms including the power showers.
Same breakfast every day. You will have to change the dishes everyday. Its a resort not jail :-)

We enjoyed using the pools, but better signage indicating pool temperature and operating hours would be nice.
Staff are very friendly, and the hotel grounds are beautiful.
We had a car and finding parking in the small parking area was a problem.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable leaving both of us with a sore neck and back, and feeling tired due to uncomfortable sleep.
For me, as a person with food allergies, breakfast had limited options.
Under no circumstances could you check in early, even if the room was ready.
