Good location to where I needed to be , very good size and well equipped accessible room

The idea of staying in the pub chain. New concept to me. Liked the big bed comfy pillows. Big tv and great use off desk. Breakfast was tasty. Bar area good space.. I'm def going to try another site in future.... staff really good. Enjoyed the place. Thank you to the staff working..
Room smelt damp and felt cold prob as no sun gets in to the room. The shower curtain is too short, although it is a good idea with magnets. The noise from rooms opp under the door. The bathroom sink drained so slowly. And bubbled black stuff when clearing.

The property felt dated and poorly maintained, and it was noisy.

"Lovely room nice and clean. Staff were amazing, had a slight problem with the curtains gone off the runner, were so helpful to rectify the problem. Had evening meal and breakfast enjoyed."
