The host Lucy was so friendly and welcoming and really made our stay comfortable, she offered us a ground floor room with direct access to the garden even though we didnt take it the offer was nice.
The toy, personalised bowl for Honey, treats and mat were a really nice touch.
The room and location was perfect for our 1 night stay.

Location was great as everywhere within walking distance. Hostess was very welcoming and friendly and very happy with room. Bonus was mini fridge and coffee machine, along with slippers and Border biscuits ❤️. Also free parking x

Nothing much the noise from outside was awful I know that isn’t the owners fault the bed had wooden board underneath it and the bed was so hard . It could do with a good clean and carpet cleaner I know it’s for people with dogs or dog but it definitely needs a great big clean.
