Cute place very old and rustic! We loved it.
Very low ceiling my husband bumped his head, totally his own fault bless him. There are plenty of signs to remind you. He is tall, 6,3ft

Lovely people, a very substantial breakfast, well-priced, and in a perfect spot for accessing the Downs.

Friendly member of staff who was laid back and happy to help with anything required. He personally showed us to our room and explained how to make the most of our stay. He also greeted us at breakfast and was more than happy to help with anything that we asked for. We would definitely recommend staying here.
Room is a little dated, but clean and very comfortable.

The two members of staff on the premises, cook (for breakfast which was very nice, and the receptionist/seemingly doing everything chap, were lovely
It was very tired needs a total update to get it to basic, walls were thin - you could hear conversations in next room clearly. Not what I was expecting but the two staff I met were very nice and helpful. If you’re having a walking holiday - great location.
