Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an exceptionally large bed. The breakfast was really good with a wide choice of food and drinks. The pools and spa were good too. The beach is easily accessible has plenty of sunbeds and is great for swimming. The gate to the road in front of the beach gives easy access to restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop there too to take you into Palma.
I think there wouldn't be sufficient sunbeds if the hotel was full. Apart from that everything was great.

Roof terrace , was well worth the extra payment
There was little or no staff readily on hand to serve at the roof terrace bar
Had to ring down to reception and wait , then had to wait again for the cocktails / spirits to be made elsewhere before being brought up
As we paid extra and the roof terrace was full of other guests , did spoil the VIP treatment we expected
