Lovely staff at reception very accommodating.
The meat from the “ meat and fish station “ was cold and the lady that was working in the station looked bored with her job.

The location was very good and the hotel was very clean! The rooms were nice and very clean! The entertainment staff all were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work
The lifts were poor and one didn’t work most of the time! Queuing up for drinks during the day was not great and the glasses too small when you did get a drink! The bar staff need to put SMILES on their faces! Food very average!!
