Very clean, very nice staff , nice modern decor, smells good, rooms very big , handy for bus to Palma , lovely rooftop area if open
A bit of a marmite one ! Our wardrobe door fell off for no reason ( sorted very quickly) -rooms big but quite bare- it was just not my taste to be honest although I’m sure others would like it - , it’s quite bling and very big , a lot of large and loud groups - I also thought breakfast was not great - lots of it and would be fine for most, but no smoked salmon, no ‘proper ‘croissants , no ensaimadas - I also thought drinks were a bit measly size wise- it felt to me a slight money machine - staff lovely though and as I said it was just personal taste.

Good location, hotel is clean. Spacious and breakfast has a good selection. Roof top bar is nice.
Staff can be extremely unfriendly- especially around the bar. We also booked in for the spa and the lady was very rude - we ended up not being able to do it as she kept sending us away thinking we hadn’t booked in when we had.
Also, if you are a full day sunbather, be ready to get your towels the night before as the sunbed go fast.
