Affordability, good location not too far from the CBD, friendly staff, good nice fellow tennants neighbors room-mates
The emailed codes didn't work (but at least the staff were there and helpful sorting it out quickly) ' and at first we had to go down to the pub to get help downloading the electronic keys (at least it did work and didn't take long)

It were clean and bathroom were clean
Can’t sleep early because of the loud music from the bar on the ground floor. Unless one goes to bed late.

The friendly staff, so so so very helpful with issues like needing fresh towels or being locked out because we didn’t coordinate properly via the goki app haha) - stephanie, karuem(?) and the kind lady who tends to wear beanies (was in a rush and barefoot, apologies I can’t remember her name despite exchanging names).
We got what i expected man like a sick tv with unlimited channels or apps such as youtube to access - room 1 would be an 11/10 for the price we paid if the window next to us was able to be lifted (we are cigarette smokers unfortunately) and if that balcony was accessible it would be sick but im sure there are reasons as to why not, anyways no complaints.

The room was clean. Good bathroom.
The access via stairs. Very run down.
Very noisy guests partying until 2am.
