The friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was very good. Loved the building where the pub and dining room were housed.
The comfortable bed.
Thought the bathroom needed a little updating.
It was a shame that they couldn't offer us a bar snack or better still a meal but it was Sunday night and we were aware that the there was a possibility that the kitchen was closed.

Lovely breakfast.
It would have been good to have some handwash by the sink in the bathroom, not just in the shower.
