It was very small. The bed was on a flimsy frame, with a base composed of loose sticks not secured with screws or nails. We had to be very careful to get on it, or to switch positions. The mattress was covered with the packaged plastic. It would make a lot of noise, as we would move positions. The toilet was too close to the wall in front of it, and had to sit sideways because there was no space, otherwise. The shower had a small water heater, above it. It would heat water on the spot, but water didn't get warm enough, and it would only last a couple of minutes. There were two strings of lights attached to the wall, above the bed. We could only disconnect one string, at night, to sleep. The other string was connected to the internet modem, and had to be on all night long, because it was the modem for the whole building. So we could not really rest, being that the lights had to be on, all night long. The windows had no window panes, just panels, therefore, there wasn't much privacy. The entire stay was very uncomfortable.

Great value room for solo travelers who want to be outside

Good value, warm water in the shower, air conditioning. There was no power (see Puerto Rico politics), but the property manager came quickly and offered to hook up a generator after I called. Lock box system allows easy entry and exit. More room and privacy than you'd likely get at a hostel, but still around that style of traveling. Mattress was wrapped which prevents bed bugs.

I'm quite tall and I don't think anyone other than a child could sit on the toilet comfortably. Bathroom was cramped; shower points down and is around 5'8" high. Bed could probably fit two people cuddling, but it's generally quite tight and good for a solo traveler.

The efficiency/quickness of response time. The expertise and helpful details that Edwin provided to us.. I did not get to meet him personally. The convenience of everything being in walking distance was my favorite. Lots to see and do in the area, around it and near by too! Internet was not to great.. was ok since we only spent sleep time there didnt really need internet. Wave lights was nice touch too. Mini everything in the room yep just awsome for me💗 (The only thing smoking area can be updated..) Small space but functional considering I do not smoke. Just sat there a bit with my hubby who does. Just saying. Parking was good. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Room is small I felt like I was in a tiney house though everything you need was in the room. I truely enjoyed it. Edwin gave us a nice list of places to see, eat and beaches near by to enjoy! Plus he was very understanding too! Thank you!

Amazing place & people

My name is Desiree Camacho And for my 1st time visiting Puerto Rico Edwin and Natasha were very helpful. I stayed in room 5 had a nice deck area we really enjoyed our stay everything was super convenient. And the beach is super close walking distance there was so much to do in the area. I will definitely come back here again. ❤

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Edwin the property manager was extremely unprofessional when I paid for this stay. I was at the airport and he sent me 2 non working zelle payment numbers. After I confirmed if it was the right number he said it wasn’t and that I had sent it to the wrong number. He refused to acknowledge that it was his fault and said to call the number for my money back. His payment process is extremely unprofessional.

I am so livid about this entire experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE! He should have ONE payment method and it should not be ZELLE. He messaged me on WhatsApp and not through booking which was also sketchy. This whole property is extremely sketchy.

The price was way more than what it was shown initially. The toilet was very close to the wall in the bathroom. I had to sitdown sideways.

Avoid if you need a quiet place to sleep

Location is ok - just 5 minutes to the ocean. Actually we spent there only one night before going to Vieques, so neither location, nor anything else other than a possibility to sleep was not critical for us.

It's small, but that's fine for a short stay. Actually it's ok for the money. What I really didn't like - is a constant NOISE from the people living there!!!. Avoid this place if you want to have a rest. We had to leave early for the ferry to Vieques in the morning, and we almost didn't sleep. Horrible experience.
