Bardzo ładny i komfortowy dom. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Wspaniały gospodarz.

Dobra lokalizacja, naprzeciwko mozna bylo zjesc dobre sniadanie i napić się kawy. W pobliżu sklepy. Mega wygodne łóżko, spaliśmy jak w pałacowym łożu! Duża ładna łazienka.

Przydałyby się jakieś wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience.

I was very pleased with the accommodations, our host and the location.

Location was two blocks from the beach. Good restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Maybe have beach towels available. But Walgreens was nearby so we could buy anything we wanted.

Could be great with some improvements and care

The location was awesome and easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. The bed was very comfortable.

The host didn't provide check in details until we reached out after arriving at our destination. The cleanliness was lacking, feces on the toilet bowl, dust and water stains on the TV stand, hair in the towels, food in the fridge and a bunch of empty bottles in the bathroom drawers and cabinet. The handsoap was just water filled in the soap container. It felt like the owner didn't create an inviting environment and no care was taken for the guests.

Location is great, good size apartment, good staff. It would be a 10 if not for cleanliness

There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. Body hair trimmings on the floor. Nail clippings on the bed and a lot of dirt. Not clean at all.

Good and central

The location of the rental is amazing. A short walk from many many restaurants, the beach, and a short drive to old San Juan and other points of interest. The parking spot in front of the rental is also a big plus.

When we arrived the instructions to get into the rental were not extremely clear. We had to ask through the app -- and we didn't have an internet connection (before having the WiFi information). It was a little bit of a logistic struggle. However, the host was very responsive and gave us everything we needed to get in very quickly. Also, something to note, we stayed in a room on the ground floor. Know that if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs! You could be bothered by the sounds in the street (motorcycles, loud music from the cars passing by). We were not too bothered by that, but know it can happen.

Location, was 5 min walk to beach ⛱️. Close to all types of restaurants and shopping areas.

No bathroom door... And no TV in bedroom, was removed before arrival for some odd reason.

Great location and property.

The location was great, centrally located with plenty of great food locations. Plenty of places in walking distance. The power went out for a few blocks after a storm and the owner was on his way with a generator for the property.

Only issue was there was no toilet paper when we arrived. Not really a big deal, but noticeable when the time came. We just went to the nearby Walgreens and purchased a pack.

Superb

The location was amazing. Within a 5 minute walk of the beach plus several reading establishments within seconds. The flow of the unit was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. This is a great spot for those who don't want to be around a ton of tourists. We will definitely look to stay here again!

The only negative was road construction at the time but that wouldn't be a constant!

I was looking forward to finish our vacation and leave the place.

the owner was responsive and somewhat accommodated our needs.

The bed had cheap sheets which was very slippery and uncomfortable. The entire apartment smelled like someone was smoking a pot in there 24/7. Sofa bed was crooked and uncomfortable. Windows are super thin so you can hear EVERYTHING that’s going on outside.
