Everything about the hotel. Its location, the staff were very friendly. Offered suggestions on how to get into Edinburgh during the evening. In the morning different member of staff again very friendly.
Couldn’t join Wi-Fi but couldn’t ask for assistance as it was very late when we got back to the hotel.

Kingswood was very clean with everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
I found the beds very comfortable and enjoyed the best nights sleep I've had for a while.
The breakfasts were delicious and served hot. Everything was cooked fresh.
The staff were all so kind, helpful and polite, nothing was too much for them.
The person that made the hotel was the owner/manager. He was always around, in the office, at breakfast even in the bar in the evening. He was always so happy, kind and polite and again nothing was ever too much trouble.
Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Thank you.
