Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay. While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Distance to Eagle Express and Little Eagle Lodge is less than 300 yards, and the Green Line shuttle stop at the end of the street is approximately 75 yards. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great spot for our family, Close to the mountain for us to walk allowed for easy access. It was a little dated but that was easily overlooked. The only down fall was the kitchen could have been better appointee for cooking.

Found a live moth and a spider in bed, spider webs on the screen door. Some lights are a little noisy. There is a coffee maker but no coffee provided, bring your own.
Quiet place, I like the trees view on the balcony. Heaters work well, you will feel dry, so bring some Vaseline for nose and lips.

Walking distance to Eagle Lodge which is great. The condo was very nice if a bit dated and also there were not many plates, bowls, or silverware so be prepared to run the dishwasher daily. One annoyance was that the garage remote control was not left in the unit (maybe previous guests took it with them) and despite reaching out to general Vacasa support and a specific person nobody replied with any support. Thankfully it was minor as we could still access the garage using the provided key but I would hate for something significant to occur and receive that level of support.

The condo was in pristine condition, access to mammoth mountain was super easy, rental process and communication with the manager was effortless.

Unfortunately, this review isn't positive. We were here in Oct. 2021, and at that time, the place was pristine, peaceful, and everything worked. This time, a/c outlet on left side of bed in master didn;t work, blinds in master didn't work, gum found under living room recliner chair, carpets dirty and uncleaned, jacuzzi still warm, not hot. This visit wasn't near as good as in October.

This condo was perfect for our outdoor active anniversary trip to the Sierras. Lots of room, corner unit was quiet, comfy and clean. The washer/dryer was a plus for our hiking and boating activities clean up, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for all of our meals. We will return!

Overall, it’s a good location, not in the midst of town noises. The communication from the management company is really great. The place is not as big as the pictures lead you to believe, but if you are out most of the time like we are, you should be fine. Although two full bathrooms, you can only do one shower at a time as it needs15 minutes to heat up enough hot water for the next one. If you plan to do laundry, bring your own detergent.

The location, layout and value was great. only two things that weren't were there was crumbs and wrapper on the counter (probably from the cleaners snack) and we had no access to the hot tub. there were no keys for the gate in the unit and this could not be remedied during our stay through the host

It wasn’t clean as I expected but they did offer to send someone to clean a little extra so thank you, a couple things need to be replaced in the unit, Jacuzzi wasn’t working, I prefer a wood-burning fireplace, but overall it has everything for a small family to enjoy

We have stayed at 101 for many years. The location is great. Unfortunately there were some serious issues. The freezer did not work, Lost food and no ice. A temporary mini frig was brought in, but not a satisfactory option. Refrigerator needs to be replaced.

easy in/out access, very clean, had everything you’d need! Great in summer, just off Meridian. Didn’t realize we were just off the 2nd green so early morning morning mowing and “in the hole” was well heard. overall very clean and good access to all we wanted!

Place was hard to find. Once inside the condo the rooms and kitchen were clean. The deck however was full of cow webs. We had to call to get that cleaned. The freezer did not work and the water and ice dispensers were not working. Other than that the place was comfortable.
