The hotel is cozy and clean few minutes walk to Freedom Square, its at the heart of the city.
We booked a family room for 3. Since I am with my lady friend and my brother, there was privacy as their was a separate room for him with a good price value.
Cleanliness of the room and the hotel as a whole is properly maintained.
All the staffs are accommodating, Maher who was our tour guide did an excellent job and keen in providing Details / history of every place we visited. So concerned, when we went to Tsachkadzor and gave us instruction how to ride the cable so wont get hurt.

Comfort hotel is very accesible to the Republic Square (City Centre) Carrefour supermarket and Rossia shopping malls. Good location.
The staff -(receptionist) Hasmik, (the tour guide) Karim and the supervisor were extremely wonderful, accommodating and friendly. They will treat you as their friends. They are attentive and responded very quick.
💞SPECIAL MENTION to (receptionist) Maher who gave his beyond expectation service for caring your guest.
BIG THANKS to all the staff from the management, receptionist, kitchen and housekeeping staff. I feel your genuine hospitality treatment. They can also converse in English.
The breakfast was good and healthy. You really provided a sumptous breakfast to your guest
Room - you making sure that everyday it was clean and the staff come daily.
We booked the hotel for three nights and the airport transfer was a very good bonus. They make sure the safety of the guest.
I will recommend this and will surely come back here whenever we visit Yerevan.

I like everything about the hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, they will always provide your needs. When it comes to the location it was also great since it is near everything. The service was also great they will always clean our room and it was so great because we always come back with a clean and neat place to sleep. Over all it was a great place to stay.

The property is 15mins away from Republic Square. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Specially Hasmik, Vahe and Hovik. The room is spacious and they make sure to clean the room everyday. I like going back to our clean room. Worth the money!

Отличная локация для любителей шопинга, кто уже изучил все достопримечательности Еревана. Напротив молл Россия (Waikiki, Teranova). Под Waikiki рекомендую посетить сток, можно найти брендовые вещи по смешным ценам. Лично я нашел оригинал свитер Burberry, выпуск 12.2022, с сертификатом (цена 259 евро) - за 8000 драхм (около 2100 рублей). Тут же вещевой рынок, далее недалеко молл Ташир и ГУМ(продуктовый рынок). В молле на 4 этаже известный фуд-корд с различными кафе и низкими ценами. Недалеко сетевая таверна Ереван (рекомендую, ибо каждый раз ее обязательно посещаю). До площади Революции и поющих фонтанов минут 7-10 спокойной прогулки. Для очкариков - в длинном доме напротив К/Т Россия прямо у пешеходного перехода - оптика. Очки делают меньше чем за час, стоимость комплекта хороших линз с работой - 3-5 т.рублей.
Персонал радушный. В номере холодильник, чайник. Шампуня/геля в тюбиках нет - есть диспенсер со средством 2 в 1. Завтраки нормальные, большого разнообразия нет, но голодными не будете. Плюс армянские фрукты на завтрак.
Из окна Арарат не виден... (будете там жить - поймёте о чем я), но это единственная мелочь

I enjoy staying in this hotel so much! It really felt like I am visiting great friends who do everything to make my stay as easy and pleasurable as possible. The staff really went above and beyond to help with everything, I am so grateful! The location is great - it is an easy walk to the center of the city, right next to the subway station. But I also liked that it is a bit away from the touristy spot, and a little more authentic. I am definitely staying there again, if I am in Yerevan!

Het personeel en de omgeving van het hotel zijn geweldig. Bij aankomst hadden wij gedoe met een taxichauffeur over de prijs en het personeel kwam om 3 uur ‘s nachts ons helpen om het probleem op te lossen.

People are really helpful, we spent 3 nights here and 2 of the 3 days we joined local day tour at earlier morning, they prepared the breakfast takeaway which is so sweat. location is very near metro ,the hotel is behind the main avenue so it’s actually quiet at night. The hotel manager is really nice to arrange the transportation for us to make my day, wish all the best to those kind people and I would recommend this good for value accommodation!

Excellent location, close to restaurants and the metro. Walkable to the main square as well. The staff are kind and were helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

Comfort Hotel is just 5 minutes from Rossia Mall.
It is just 10 minutes'drive to SAS Food Court, so finding a place to have lunch and dinner is not a problem.
The hotel manager and staff were very helpful, always ready to assist us.
There was a problem with the toilet flush in our room.
If this could be fixed then everything is okay.

I decided a budget for my travel and based on that budget I think that the hotel exceeded all the expectations. What really amazed us was the staff, especially Artem, he went above and beyond with us. He helped us with everything, from basic suggestions to more complext stuff. Also the location is 2 mins from the Metro, 10 minutes walking from Republic Square and very near to a food hall and shopping center. Of course it is not a 5 stars luxury hotel, but for the price I think is pretty good considering the airport/hotel transfers and the included breakfast.
Again, this review is based on the price/budget as you cannot compare it with a luxury hotel (that are way way more expensive). I think the breakfast could be more "international" as it is more Armenian style oriented. Also walls seem a bit thin and sometimes you can hear noise from other rooms, maybe improving the insulation could be a good idea for the future (nothing too bad anyway). There is a huge building that they are building just in front of the hotel and this makes the view a bit sad, but once completed it would be nicer for sure (this is anyway not a fault of the hotel of course).

One of the best things about Comfort hotel is their yummy buffet breakfast. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The location of Comfort hotel is also a plus point, as it's situated in convenient location. This makes it easy to explore the city and enjoy all that it has to offer.
