The staff is so so friendly, and the location.

Unfortunately, not expected the quality of the facilities compared with the price. The bathroom was sinking and messy, no room service at all, low breakfast, and no value for the money as the services was provided, and there was no AC in my room. I don't like to provide such negative reviews, but I didn't expect that. I wish they improve their services.

Most of the staff was really communicative. Especially the guys at the reception. Well if you could find them most of the times… There is a nearby baker and a supermarket which was convenient.

Generally as we understood this is not a place for tourists. Mostly it is for locals or people who return to Yerevan often for business or to see family and friends. The rooms were ok but not strong WiFi everywhere. Also, the breakfast starts at 9.30 (well so it says). Actually until the cook comes it was already 10.30. This is not convenient for tourists since all the tours we have booked started way before 9. We tried to negotiate breakfast to go, maybe a sandwich or anything we could take with us on the tour but it was negative. We ended up having breakfast at dinner most of the times since we have paid for it. Plus they have never cleaned our room although staying there for 3 nights. Very basic accommodation and I think there are better and more affordable options than this.

Good in terms of location and staff but some unexpected situation happened

Location wise It is near to Saint Gregory Catheral and also metro station. And for the staff George is very nice person and he is so approachable and he can speak good english

First the net connection was unstable and also 2x power interruption

A great stay in Yerevan.

A cosy, comfortable and clean hotel 15 minutes walk from Republic Square with shops and cafes beside the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the WiFi, fridge and Aircon in the room worked perfectly. There was a choice of breakfast which was freshly made. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful as were his staff. I would recommend this as an excellent value hotel for Yerevan

If are looking for a piece full n quote place - it’s not the one

Owner seems to be very nice person and try to do his best, but I think it would be fair to put in the description of the room the actual situation with wifi and isolation

My initial room had window which goes in front of eating area for guests (!), even bathroom. Plus that room was in front of reception and it was impossible to sleep. Owner tried to help and suggested a room on upper floor, it was a bit better but didn’t have wifi. So plus think twice if you want book this place

The receptionist was very helpful

No WIFI in the rooms. Too late breakfast time in this hotel (starting 10.00) and we had to ask specially to get breakfast earlier. They gave us only 1/2 hour earlier. The choice of menu was poor, no vegetables, no fruits, no ham, no salami.

Lilith was really helpful, she's very accommodating and the most important thing she talk in english which is really difficult to communicate to others, even till night shes arranging taxi if we need. She's really the best

the breakfast is also fine but i think need to give more option because every one have different taste that they will like the food whatever they served.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful every time, the view of the balcony is very beautiful and great. If I want to come to Yerevan again I am sure I going to MBM Hotel again.

Great Place to Stay!!!!

Gagik is a GREAT manager!!! He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one! We have traveled to a lot of places and this was the best place we have ever stayed at. The flights into Yerevan come in during the midnight and early morning hours and he accomodated us by sending someone to meet us at the airport and he was waiting for us to arrive and check in. The room was spacious and there was a kitchenette in the hotel with a balcony so you could sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine. The location is great with a SAS Supermarket close by along with a currency exchange and some local cafes and bakeries. It's also within a walk to a metro station and the city center. It's about a 15 minute walk to Republic Square. If you want to explore and discover Yerevan, then you must stay at this place. You won't be disappointed. We will definitely be contacting Gagik for future stays in Yerevan. He not only treats you like a VIP, but a good friend as well. Thanks Gagik for the great stay in Yerevan.

I cannot think of anything negative about this hotel.

Felt like home

The gentleman in charge of the hotel is exquisite. I was welcomed by him in the middle of the night with a high smile on his face whereas he was asleep. He let me stayed after the checking out time as there were no booking for my room. Breakfast was excellent and I was even offered extra complimentary tea and nuts. The room was big and very clean. I was really surprised of the quality of the service to be fair.

Very good choice

Close to Republic Square and centre. Very warm and friendly people (especially Gagik, the receptionist). Good breakfast. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Was my second stay here and won’t be the last.
