The staff were so lovely, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent, offering quick and easy access to local transportation with the Friedrichstraße station nearby. It is also situated right next to fantastic bars and restaurants, some of which stay open into the late hours. Despite being so close to the nightlife, the area felt very safe and was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful environment.
The lack of air conditioning was very difficult to bear. The room became deeply uncomfortable, and unfortunately, the fan provided was simply insufficient to cool it down. Additionally, the elevator was very slow to respond and move. Its sluggishness caused some concern, as it felt like it might give up at any moment.
