All the staff are well trained, pateint and kind. From reception to breakfast staff. Attentive and friendly. Good service and experience. The pool and sauna were great, plenty of towels and showers. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly. Even though we were next to a train station the sound proofing of rooms and the hotel in general are very good. This is my third Eurostars hotel stay, Madrid, Barcelona and now Berlin. If they had a better CRM system, they could have said ''Welcome back'', something for management to think about!
Maybe more comfort chairs in the lobby or sofas but not a problem. The gym was very small and needed fixing. The main weight machine did not work and the seat to sit on to do lifting could not be adjusted, making it impossible to use properly.
