Excellent location near florence. Very quiet, scenic location on a hill, with great views and pool. Dinner (paid extra for it) was very good.
The breakfast was quite poor. The scrambled eggs were weird, and didn't feel like real eggs. The coffee was not good, from some machine, would expect more for an italian hotel. The pancakes are not made on the spot, but brought in (unless the staff misspoke).

Everything was perfect! Marco was so welcoming and helpful on directions into Florence! Shym was always checking on us and went the extra mile in every way. The Restaurant was incredible. Breakfast was great and loved the pool as well! We had a car and it was a 15 minute easy drive to Florence.
Loved it all!

Just on the outskirts of Florence with parking. Beautiful swimming pool and friendly helpful staff.
Spectacular outside of the property a bit unsure about the bedroom designs. But spotlessly clean no complaints.

Very good location and the villa itself, despite being very close to Florence, gives the feeling of being in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. The restaurant offers really delicious dinners, and the breakfasts are also solid.
Be careful when booking!!! Ask if the villa will host private parties, then I NEVER recommend it! Loud music, loud guests (who are not part of the hotel), night gathering under our window and cleaning up the party until 2" in the morning.. We left for the long journey in the morning completely tired!
