The rooms were clean & tidy, the breakfast was fantastic & the grounds are very impressive.
The evening meal was a very small portion, lukewarm & not the best.
The side wing where our rooms were situated needs a lot of work, it looks dated & in need of some TLC.
Lots of scuffed paint, missing trim etc.

Lovely clean and welcoming hotel, staff were good in all departments and very friendly. The food was delicious and the restaurant had a great ambiance.
The leisure area is tiny for the size of the venue! Check in took over 45 mins as our room wasn’t ready despite arriving after 3pm.

Nice area, good restaurant, hotel had promise but didn’t deliver on cleanliness. Mortimer’s was good food and our waitress Lily was very good
Room unclean, particularly the bathroom. It all needs a good dust and hoover
