Enjoyable friendly staff

Location was good

Photos on web showed ocean views but unit hardly had any views.

We had a lovely stay on Hamilton Island despite a few maintenance issues.

The location was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. The use of the golf buggy was a brilliant extra as it meant we could see lots of the island.

The main ensuite shower room had a lot of black mould. The dishwasher did not work. We reported this and someone came to have a look and just left a card saying it was out of order. There were no instructions on how to operate any of the appliances. I suspect the integrated microwave did not work either. On checkout no one asked us if we had had a good stay and seemed completely disinterested when we advised them of the appliance issues.

Terrible glad to be out of there.

Not much.

The entire apartment is very old and badly needs to be renovated. The beds were very uncomfortable. For $660 a night I would expect much better. We felt it was very dirty and poorly maintained.

excellent time in Hamilton, great staff great location and apartment overall was lovely just unclean in some areas.

location and view. the staff were lovely and so helpful and very organised

wasn’t clean enough - main bathroom bath was dirty VERY dirty .. cupboards in kitchen had oil splatters on and greasy to touch and look at, the high chair was also dirty with food all over other than this everything else was clean but the drains did smell in the kitchen and main bathroom. also the shower would over flow onto the drain in the tiles and flood .. my husband had to unblock it and found a knife down the drain?

Beautiful room. Location close to marina side. Loved having a golf buggy included.

Fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment. We were on the ground floor. Very clean and tidy apartment. Had all utensils to be able to cook most of our meals each day. Bathroom was very big and had all the shampoos etc (which I don't normally care about but i actually forgot to pack mine). We were just up the hill from the marina side so I little walk (or golf buggy) down to the restaurants or IGA.

Would have loved a great ocean view but wasn't a dampener to the stay that's for sure.

Fantastic place to stay

It was in a great location, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the fact that the property came with a buggy to get around the island

wasn’t good value for money.

the view was amazing, the house was good for a kid to play around buggy was good to have

very unhygienic cot provided has stains all over it, curtain were thin and the light just shone in and they were dirty and half falling apart. utensils were dirty, high chair provided had mould all over it and was not clean. last 2 days construction was happening up stairs that kept waking our baby up.

Had an excellent time with the family, 14 of us, would highly recommend and would return again.

Buffet breakfast at the resort on catseye beach was great

all was great, arriving at the airport, checking in etc was a little confusing and could probably be a bit easier and explained better

Great accomodation and good location as it is easy to get to via golf buggy

As it rained a lot during our stay the accomodation needs some form of grip on the steps as my kids slipped several times and hurt themselves. The steps also need more light at night time. Apart from that we were very happy.

Lovely destination but won't go back until there are better facilities/restaurant choices

The location was great, the apartment clean and comfortable, and getting the keys to apartment and buggy very simple

The hot water supply to the apartment wasn't good. It took ages to warm up and ran cold in 2 or 3 minutes requiring us to stagger our showers half an hour apart and to be unreasonably quick. Hamilton Island is a lovely destination but lacks sufficient restaurants and cafes for the number of people going there. Even without staff shortages there is not enough capacity or variety.

Great weekend but accommodation needs updating.

Great stay on Hamilton Island although there was not enough restaurants/cafes open and long ques at the open venues

Shower door was broken and hot water took several minutes to come through which wasted a lot of water. Would have expected nicer accommodation for price of property. Needs updating.

Beautiful Hamilton Island but very hot in accommodation.

Large, convenient and comfortable

Air conditioning did not work ! Whilst we were offered portable air cons for the bedrooms, they were very noisy and the windows had to be sealed. The lounge room and kitchen were unbearably hot !

Clean and roomy. Bedding and bed was great. Kitchen well equipped. We were in anchorage 3

Views quite obstructed, Purple colours were depressing and dated. Massive fully tiled bathrooms with worlds smallest shower with plastic noisy tub.

Wouldn’t stay here again, totally overpriced and definitely not the ‘superior’ apartment we thought we would have got.

Close to town and the buggy was a great inclusion.

We stayed in Anchorage 6 and it was filthy! The drain had a horrible smell, there were dirty plates in the cupboard, the floors were covered in sand, food on the walls and thick mould in the bathroom sink. You can see a glimpse of the water, it’s not like the pictures.

lovely big two bed apartment close to the airport,marina & one tree hill. really well organised for checking in and out and buggy collection.

We had a great holiday at HI and recommend it as somewhere Aussies should holiday.

Hamilton Island is a great destination. The golf cart was very popular as were the resort pools.Too many

Too many March flies, but not something our booking agents could control. Probably a seasonal problem. A few little problems with our house - oven operated too high, one dial on the gas cooktop didn’t operate properly and there was only limited hot water.
