Our room was amazing. More of a suite than a room. Very clean and comfortable.
The room had one tiny window so no natural air or light but there were two large fans. Not ideal for such a big room.

Great parking. Lovely building, close to bus routes into Bath. Welcoming reception staff. Very spacious bedroom. Had both a fridge and safe in the room. Honour system for bar and the bar reception area was comfortable and well decorated.
Mattress too soft. No mirror or wardrobe in the bedroom. Curtains ill fitting.

Lovely big room. Light.
No room for clothes. No place to get ready - great mirrors in the bathroom but no sockets.
And getting up and down the stairs with heavy bags or high heels can be a challenge.
