Overall, the hotel was quite good. The location is excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the service and organization could be improved. When we arrived, we were given a room that did not match our booking. We had booked a room with three separate beds, but instead received one double bed and one single bed. I had to go back to reception and show our booking confirmation to resolve the issue.
The next day, we had to check out by 12:00 and wait until 15:00 for the correct room to be ready. This was quite inconvenient, as we had to pack and unpack everything again. We also went to the beach during that time, but afterwards we had no room where we could take a shower and freshen up while waiting.
After one of the room cleanings, only two sets of towels were provided instead of three, so we had to contact reception again.
Overall, the hotel itself is nice and has a great location, but the service and organization definitely need improvement.

Loved it. Nothing to complain about at all. Service, rooms, food, everything.
The only disappointment really was that we were a bit out of the way. Upside was that there were no loud gangs or noise but not a lot on our doorstep. The good thing though was that the tram was right outside and the metro 4 mins away.

The food served in the bar area was very good and the staff were always friendly.
Noisy air conditioning that also constantly reset itself meaning the room was too warm at night.
