The hotel is in a great location close to the lovely town. The Spa area and pool are excellent, really enjoyed using those after a day exploring. The breakfast was very good too, a lot of choices. The view from our room was great, lovely view of the lake and an adequate balcony
The staff didn’t speak good English so struggled to be helpful in guiding us for restaurants and trips out, they wanted to help but couldn’t do so easily. Spiez is beautiful but has limited restaurants if that is of concern to anyone, there’s only 3 or 4 near the lake, but to be fair they were all good.
Also in general everything was expensive, probably 30% more than Italy for example

Clean, breakfast was good, staff were amazing especially Franz.
Told reception about our room phone wasn’t working from day 1 but wasnt fixed

location is quiet with a great view in the breakfast area/ restaurant. Breakfast and service are both very nice.
The room is very shabby or awkwardly designed-- It is one space with everything in it. The vanity with sink and mirror and lighting is right next to the bed which very inconvenient for couple uses. I dare not woke up to wash in the morning because my husband would still sleeping 3 feet away from the sink. The bathroom is enclosed in a glass space which is not in a wall. We have never stayed in a place like this before. This is a place probably ok for just one person, but not for a couple traveling for vacation. It is over priced based on what it offered.
