Great location, comfortable rooms, great restaurant, nice relaxing inner pool. When owners are present, you feel extremely welcomed and they make everything for your stay to be as nice as possible.
If unisex sauna could allow for people to enter with towels or swimsuits. Not everyone feels comfortable with the nude tradition. Some front-desk staff is rude and unfriendly to non- speaking German guests when owners are not around (Sundays). Jacuzzi sometimes has a foul odor.

the room was spacious and clean

The views of the mountains and lake are great. It was nice to have a walk around the villages in the evenings. The pools/spa are great. The front desk is also very friendly. Parking is free.
The beds in our room were not comfortable, we didn’t get much sleep at all. It was too soft and felt like beds are not leveled.
The room is not well insulated, we can hear next door quite clearly and running steps from upstairs.
Be prepared to stand in front of the restaurant and not to be served/talked to for a while.
