Loved the property and the location and we would like to return again
The lady who checked us in was far too slow it took ages for it to be done leaving so many people behind us unhappy . Gave very little information about anything including which lift we should take for our room. So we were hunting for it . Restaurant staff were very good and the room was perfect for our needs . Checking in shouldn’t be that hard !

The view from restaurant was stunning, and we enjoyed breakfast every morning! Also, we enjoyed at the swimming pool, steam rooms, and the garden area!

Lovely location with great view of lake. Staff were very kind and helpful.
At breakfast the hot trays needed to be replenished quicker as sometimes there was hardly any food in them. It was a little hard to find hotel as we did not have internet on our phone.
