Annoncer à l'avance ( par mail) le jour de la fermeture annuelle de l'hôtel. Nous l'avons appris, le jour de l'arrivée .

Cr*p and expensive.

Location close to the beach in a quiet neighbourhood.

Hotel is old, (1970s?), breakfast is the quality of a 1-2 star (very poor), Manager of the hotel has lack of customer service skills, air con cant keep up etc... all at a stupid price. Basically they charge what they like, and people come anyway because it is Antibes. It would all be fine at 1/3 of the price. But its expensive, and for that price... cr*p. 4 star because of "facilities", spa, swimming pool etc. but actual hotel, 2* with staff attitude that stinks.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

Staff were very very unpleasant the Room they gave us air conditioning Didn’t work the Bathroom floor was wet all day long. The Portuguese cleaning lady second floor was very impolite. The staff at the breakfast didn’t even say hello the guy at dinner argued with us about the seats because we were two and sat in table of four even though the restaurant was empty. The guy at the pool told us to take our drink glasses and towels because he wasn’t a waiter which wasn’t a problem but why a 4 star hotel shouldn’t have waiter at the pool! By the way the guy at the pool felt like he was the hotel owner. We got massage at the spa and ask the lady to do it with more pressure she said she wasn’t going to because was hard for her!! So why did she choose to do this job? The only nice pleasant lady was Estella at the reception who was very nice and helpful. So overall very expensive for what it was didn’t enjoy our stay.

just okay.

it seems like a nice hotel but super outdated. honestly …. I was excited to book it because of the spa. but was a bit disappointed because the room you can see it’s already old … and honestly update is needed soon. spa facilities had bad smell in the steam room and in the meditation room wasn’t great either. on top of that how can you ask for silence in the room when you can hear every single thing outside of it? however it’s a cool idea to have relaxation room which is much needed after the spa. in general it has a great theme to it. all those chilling chairs etc. I really did enjoyed my view tho, that was a good thing of the whole stay. comfy bed which is a great +

female changing rooms has no toilet that’s a bit ridiculous never seen something like that. I think it’s a huge - a bit too far from the Antibes centre. spend on the taxi fortune going back and worth. spa is old and smelly, and the seat in sauna is broken not sure I would book again.

A disappointing hotel which is not only tired but lacks basic room facilities.

the outdoor pools are very good

very basic … far too much emphasis on the spa and too little attention paid to detail in the rooms. Paper cups! Air conditioning didn’t work, no hairdryer very poor

Friendly staff, but not always effective. Not good value for money. Definitely not 4 star level of service or accommodat

not really walking distance to anything. Although the hotel does a shuttle a few times a day which is useful.

the room size was really good, but the room lacked if decorations to make it cozy. a mirror in the room is also needed.

Disappointing accommodation but overall not a bad stay.

Spa is great, indoor Spa pool a real treat. Breakfast very good. Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We booked a suite with sea view. The view was half blocked by another big building and the rest of the view distant over many ugly buildings in the foreground. Our suite was very disappointing. No character at all. Bedroom was adequate but the lounge area looked like it belonged to a two star highway motel. Not what you’d expect from a sea-view-suite in the South of France.

The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was really excellent. The spa facilites were amazing

The location isnt good. The beech not in walking distance even though it says it is. Antibes is a little drive also.

Too expensive and not comfortable, disappointing vacation

Friendly staff, clean rooms, private parking.

Too expensive for what you're getting. When you get a room located at the front side of the hotel, you will be brutally awakened every single morning, including weekends, by trucks backing up and unloading underneath your balcony. The pillows are absolute rubbish. We ended up buying our own pillows after the first night because the hotel didn't have any spare. Ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Will not visit again and do not recommend.

It’s a bit far away from the town. No luggages service. Kids rules for the inside pools.

Overall its a decent place. However for the price I expected a bit more. The rooms are clean but basic. It was small thing like tv remotes not working and no room service menue in the room. No art on the walls. The shower being blocked and not draining. These are not things I would usually be upset about. But at the price point the small things make a difference.

Good pool. Good room space. Nice balcony. The housekeeping standard was great and fast service.

Non 4* amenities in the room. No daily complimentary water, tea nor coffee. You need a car to travel out. Not convenient for those who doesn't drive.

Bad room , at the level of swimming pool ....no privacy. the state of the room was not as should be for a four stars hotel. Some place was not cleaned....quality is not as should be for a 4 stars . Too expensive....and bad quality
