the view of the embalse and trees. When I left the director of the hotel carried my luggage to the car.
limited variety in menu for people who can.t eat gluten/dairy, sketchy internet access

I loved the location and how easy it was to access everything. The parking was excellent, and the views from our room (312) were absolutely beautiful.
There were unfortunately several things I did not like:
1. There are no wall plugs next to the bed, which makes charging your phone or devices overnight almost impossible.
2. The light switch is positioned exactly where you rest your head, and my girlfriend and I ended up waking each other up at least twice every night because of it.
3. My girlfriend is coeliac, and I had explicitly confirmed beforehand whether the breakfast was suitable for coeliacs. I was assured that it was, but this was simply not true. The breakfast options consisted of basic ham, cheese, bacon, unseasoned scrambled eggs, bread, and cereal, all served buffet-style. This is a major contamination risk for coeliacs. They do offer gluten-free bread, but at €15 per person (€30 total), I expected proper gluten-free procedures and care. There were none.
We even asked if the bacon was gluten-free, and were told yes, then told no afterward. Thankfully she had not eaten any.
To make things easier, we tried ordering food delivery to the room, but were told that outside food is not allowed unless it is from the hotel itself. I have stayed more hotels than I can count and I have never been denied the ability to bring food to my own room. I was shocked when we were told this.
Overall, these issues made the stay far more difficult than it needed to be.
