Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice atmosphere, good location

Very clean and spacious with a very large bed
There was very low hot water pressure on the top floor (floor 5).
This meant that the shower was not controllable - going from hot to cold, back to hot, then eventually completely cold.
At one point, no hot water came out of the sink tap at all.

It was conveniently located. The staff was ever so helpful & accommodating. The room was tastefully outfitted with all that one needed. especially comfort- the bed was so cozy.
No complaints.
