The apartment is good size, but not so comfortable. Can’t get wifi signal in the bedroom. The toilet is uncomfortable, to get in or out the door is too big need to squeeze around. No place were to keep toiletries on the sink, no towel hangers.
Glass doors and windows are dirty and dusty. No view from the balcony, the pool is dirty with green water. Gym is unusable with treadmill broken and no Air conditioning in a tiny room. Needs renewal and maintenance, property is not well maintained at all.

The apartment was clean, spacious enough for two, and overall the stay was comfortable. Service is overall responsive and helpful - there was always help/response when we needed help via WhatsApp. The service team is active in resolving our issues. For example, when we had some WiFi connectivity issues, a mobile WiFi device was lent to us, which resolved it. Housekeeping is friendly and provides for reasonable requests.
We had an issue with the aircon not cooling the air enough on the first night, and since it disrupted our sleep, the staff kindly moved us to a new room at 1 am after approximately an hour of reporting the issue. We returned to our original room the next morning, and the aircon was cool again. They also sent a technician to service the aircon the next day. Overall the aircon performed well, although still a little warmer than expected on some nights but still bearable.
The laundry is strangely in the open space in the basement next to the car park. It was not the cleanest space given its location. It was straightforward to use, but I would have preferred an indoor laundry room rather than an outdoor one.

Air con at the main property areas not working and the gym too. Dreadful on hot days coming back to a warm building. Wear and tear as the place is more then 10 years old. Part of the property is used for storage wish they donate these furniture and stuff then keeping them in resting room and car park making it’s unsightly and unsafe (fire)

It was 2 blocked from where my son stays ! Bigger size apartments were very comfortable !
Lobby is too hot ! Rooms had mold / wall paper coming off! My washing machine was not working ! Smaller apartments didn’t have washing machines ! Housekeeping only given when requested the day before which was manageable !

Room was clean with good kitchen facilities and a comfortable bed. Facilities were nice with a pool and great rooftop area to sit and do work. Location was great 5 minutes walk to Velocity shops.

We stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was spacious and had all the amenities promised. The kitchenette was great and they provide basic cookware. the refrigerator was big and useful. They allowed us an extra hour for checkout. They did provide clean towels and toilet paper upon. requests. The bed was extremely comfy. Staff were responsive to WhatsApp messages. The room and toilet were clean. Location is also great.
Apart from a few things they can improve on, overall it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely stay there again.
1) The water heater was not always working well. I raised it up to the staff via WhatsApp but things did not improve. The heater worked for short bursts of time and then we were hit with cold water.
2) Note that cleaning has to be requested and is done maximum twice a week (excluding Sundays and the day before your check out).
3) They have two TVs and a DVD player which is great but neither of them are smart TVs so you can’t watch Netflix unless you connect your laptop to the TV via HDMI. Even then the speakers were old and unable to deal with the sound effects of most movies. In the end we simply watched movies on my laptop. If they upgraded their TVs the stay would have been much much more pleasant.
4) The Check in process could have been smoother, for some reason they missed our booking and we had to wait a bit. That would ordinarily have been fine but the lobby isn’t air conditioned.

Stayed 6 nights plus half day. Studio double apartment. Rooms are specious.clean.micro wave induction cookers fridge available. Also with washing machine and iorning facilities and WIFI. Need 5 dollars for washing. It is abt 750m walk for novena mrt. And around 200 m for buses.one of the best place that i have stay in singapore comparing to compact hotel rooms.

Though the 2 water bottles per day were complementary, they did not provide otherwise we request. It was not communicated to us at the time of checking. When requesting water bottles in the evening after we came to the room hotel guys said to refill the bottles by using water dispenser locate at level 1 instead of telling water supply on request.after inquire abt the it is complementary he said water provided upon request 🙃🙃.That is not acceptable answer and we really dissapointed about the guy who reply from desk through whatsapp.we pay for that but they ask us to refill.😒😒😒 .
Also they dont have a weight scale even for measure baggages.Not allow early checking or late departure.we have to wait till 3.00 pm to check in.

The room was decent, large enough space and well equipped for a two person short stay. Really liked the location and how easy it was to reach the rest of Singapore.
Staff could have been a little more attentive, was unsure about how to get the room cleaned but saw some noticed on the lift. By that point in the trip it was a little late so could not arrange a cleaning.

Very good apartment. Very prompt replies through whatsapp. Communication is 24/7 through whatsapp. All requests were taken care of. Excellent housekeeping. The apartment had everything that was required. We really enjoyed our stay. Water bottles were provided and it was possible to refill the bottles from the cooler at the lounge. Very good terrace at the top.
This is again constructive criticism. The building is not visible, because it is poorly lit at the front. As some of the reviews mentioned earlier, our taxi driver also missed and we ended up getting down two buildings away and had to lug our luggage to the apartment. The kitchen has one big pan and no other utensils. So difficult to cook anything even basic. But microwave and refregirator was provided so it should be ok for most.

The location of the apartments are close to Novena MRT station where there is an abundance of eateries and shops too at Velocity and United Square shopping malls.
The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Though we did find a dead cockroach under the sofa. Cleaning services are available twice a week which suited us well. Any issues or requests are processed via WhatsApp and staff were very responsive and courteous.
There are laundry facilities in the basement for a small fee but the dryers were free of charge. Our apartment had its own washing machine which was well appreciated.
The pool is nice and the rooftop lounge area was lovely.
We booked two apartments for three weeks and we would have liked the two apartments next to each other. However, it wasn't possible.
On the first couple of days, we had an apartment on the 4th floor and our kids were on the third floor. The fourth floor apartment then had aircon issues and we had to move out. Also, the bathroom door didn't close smoothly as the bottom of the door kept scraping along the tiled floor. The sofa was also a little worse for wear and needed replacing.
Despite the problems, we were swiftly moved to another apartment on the third floor which worked out much better as at least we were a little closer to our kids room. Though ideally, it would have been great to have both apartments together in one corner of the building.
We had noisy neighbours and the apartments weren't totally soundproofed. Also as our apartment faced the main road, there was constant street noise.
The kitchen was well stocked but seriously lacking dishcloths. Also, better quality toilet paper would have been appreciated too.

The location is convenient as it is 10 minutes walk to shopping centres and the tube station.
The view is nice as my unit is facing the road, the hospital is at the far back on the other side, so the view is open and green.
The unit has a ceiling to floor glass wall which makes the room very bright.
The room is practical as there is a kitchenette, a big fridge, a small square table for eating and another working table in front of the glass wall.
The glass wall need a good clean outside, very dirty.
There is suppose room cleaning twice a week. I stayed for 8 nights, they never came once, even I had asked the reception staff to come just one time with the date and time booked, but nobody showed up.

location, well equipped one bedroom apartment. has the necessities.
our air conditioning broke down several times during our 1 month stay. technicians entered our room multiple times to check/ service.
we had to change room once for one night as the aircon would not work.
we had a few mornings of no aircon while the technician worked on the main unit our aircon was connected to.
the management did try to compensate us by letting us switch rooms for the night and gave us an extra night stay so am appreciative of that. Thank you.

Quiet and clean. Able to park the car without hassle. For those wanting to stay slightly longer, there is laundry - wash(ng machine/dryers in the basement - handy to have for those beyond a short stay. The room has a full sized fridge and induction cooker. If you wan to do a simple meal.
Not much common area facility. The open -action at the back - lights are off at night. A bit far to go at night if one wants to grab some food and drinks, although there is a simple vending machine at Level 1 to meet the very basic needs.
No front desk staff, you will have to knock on the Control Room door to speak to facility staff.

The cleaning lady was very helpful. She got us a clothes horse and ironing table and iron. She even got a step ladder so she could clean the top of the fridge (at our request).
Roof terrace fantastic.
Found the reception staff to be somewhat remote. They locked themselves away in a side room.
Pool not inviting.
