Wyjątkowe miejsce. Pokoje sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki. Dostępne ręczniki na basen i klimatyzacja w pokojach. Dosłownie pod nosem plaża, sklepy i przystanek autobusowy. Osoby na recepcji niesamowicie pomoce we wszystkim - taksówki, wypożyczanie samochodu, podpowiadają rozwiązania. Przedłużenie doby bez problemu (za stosowną opłatą, ale naprawdę na wysokim poziomie, mimo konieczności zmiany pokoju). Udogodnienia dla dzieci, chociaż przy końcówce wyjazdu brakowało krzesłek w restauracji dla dzieci , ale domyślam się , że był to po prostu zbieg okoliczności. Piękne miejsce na śniadania, w restauracji odpowiednie
Ceny i pyszne jedzenie, nie ma nawet po co opuszczać hotelu. Personel cały - sprzątanie, restauracja, recepcja, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie i przemili. Byliśmy również na organizowanym wieczorze greckim. Ludzie bawili się świetnie, nie wytrzymaliśmy do końca z uwagi na roczne dziecko, ale dla reszty zabawa świetna, taniec wokół basenu top. Polecam jak ktoś chce naprawdę wypocząć w mniej turystycznym klimacie. Spokój, szum morza i klimat. Do tego pięknie zagospodarowany. Teren hotelu, roślinność.
Pokoje rzeczywiście mają pewne wizualne mankamenty, ale wszystko działa bez zarzutów, więc nie wpływa to na jakość usługi.

Bekiggenhed i roligt område. Pæne bygninger og god have. Perfekt indrettet med lejligheder med fin afstand til pool og restaurant og dejlig plæne med sol og skygge og kort afstand til stranden.
Køkkenfaciliteter i lejligheden er skrabede.

The hotel is in a great location. While it is away from the shops and restaurants (I recommend it for those renting a car), it feels more immersed in nature, with amazing, well-maintained exteriors and gardens. Relaxing in the garden next to the pool is great.
The rooms need renovation. In my case, my room was only partially renovated (the bed area), but the kitchen area and the bathroom are pretty old. Some other rooms are even older, with old dark wooden furniture. The balcony window was really hard to open and close. Wifi is not good. The breakfast is really basic; there are few options to choose from. Only the bread was genuinely good, and the ham and cheese were visibly cheap. The staff working at the restaurant is slow, and the food is not great. If you have tasted real Greek, and especially Cretan, food, you will notice the difference; most of the food they serve is frozen (saganaki is basically cheap sliced cheese breaded and fried, dakos is the worst version of dakos I ever had, basically packed crackers with pizza tomato sauce on top). Only salads or toast are ok. One night we said we would order in a while, that we wanted just to have a glass of wine first, and when we asked if we could order, they said they could not take the order "as the kitchen was too busy" (why not take the order and just tell us that there would be some delay? It was very weird). My friend asked for an extra soap, and they didn't want to give it to her, while she was charged extra money for using the AC. She was charged extra money for moving to another room in order to be able to have a late check out (which was perfectly fine; that's not my complaint), but in the room they didn't even leave a bedsheet for her to use for a nap and a soap (there is something wrong with the soap here). They charge extra money for the umbrellas on the beach (yes, even to hotel guests) and for swimming pool towels. The director is pretty rude to both guests and employees. I would like to give a better review to the hotel, but the reality is what it is, cretan hospitality is eirther dead or is not to be find here.
