La struttura è superlativa, piscine ovunque, cibo abbondante e variegato, aquapark molto bello, camere spaziose e funzionali… un posto magnifico ma…..
La pulizia delle camere è scarsa… io ero al piano terra e c’erano tante formiche, ho comprato uno spray per levarle, lo spray è stato efficace ma le formiche sono rimaste lì (morte) per 9 giorni… se prendete solo colazione l’acqua park si paga… con all inclusive è gratuito… l’animazione non l’ho mai vista… la gente lascia gli asciugamani sui lettini per occuparli (anche mentre non c’è) e questo non è corretto… dovrebbero impedirlo…

The complex has it all. The pools, the beach, the service. We could totally relax and enjoy ourselves.
The rooms are being cleaned everyday, and the whole complex was neat and well organized.
We had a late flight so they let us stay at the complex the whole day while keeping the towels, that was really nice.
The food is ok, but a bit tasteless and when the big group tourists came the food was often missing.
The lady that works on the beach was really rude, moving our stuff around and making us feel uncomfortable.
The hotel also was trying to charge us additional 100 euros for taxes we already paid, but we sorted it out with booking.
The beach is also rocky and hard to reach the water, not sure if hotel could do something about it.

A very good 4+ star hotel, especially for families with children.
The rooms are well designed, comfortable, clean, and properly maintained. Everything you need is available. The overall surroundings, pools, and facilities are also excellent.
The food and service are of a very high standard. Although the alcohol is mostly local, the quality is good, there is a decent selection, and the bartenders are excellent, professional, and very friendly. The restaurants were one of the highlights of our stay.
The only small issue with the restaurants is that it can get quite hot inside during breakfast and lunch, while eating outside is also not always comfortable because there are not enough fans on the terraces.
The water park is not very large, but it is modern, new, and well maintained. Our children really enjoyed it. The beach is very close to the hotel and clean. Around the swimming pools, however, there could definitely be more shaded areas.
There were two main disadvantages for us.
First, there is very little entertainment for adults, especially in the evenings. We really missed having more evening activities or shows. There also seemed to be very limited animation or organized activities for children.
Second, the hotel management should do something about guests reserving sunbeds early in the morning. People would come very early, leave towels on the best sunbeds around the pools, and then disappear for breakfast, go back to their rooms, or leave for other activities. As a result, many sunbeds remained “reserved” but unused for hours. This is unfair to other guests and sometimes even created unnecessary conflicts around the pool.
Apart from these points, we had a very good experience. It is an excellent hotel with great food, good service, and very good infrastructure, particularly for families travelling with children.
Very limited entertainment for adults, especially in the evenings. We really missed having more evening activities, shows, or live entertainment.
There are also very few organized activities or animation programs for children.
There is not enough shade around the swimming pools.
It can get quite hot inside the restaurants during breakfast and lunch, while the terraces would benefit from more fans.
The biggest issue is the sunbed reservation situation. Many guests come early in the morning, leave towels on the best sunbeds, and then disappear for breakfast, return to their rooms, or go elsewhere for hours. The hotel management does not seem to control this, which is unfair to other guests and can lead to unnecessary conflicts around the pool.

Nice resort, with lots of facilities on site, including a huge supermarket.
Easy parking on site. Spacious rooms, with a correct bathroom.
The pool site and the beach is very nice, pleasant place if you spend your day in the resort.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is reach and delicious.
The HotStone steakhouse is really delicious and reasonable priced.
The beach bar is selling quality drinks, although I felt overpriced (one cocktail 12 Eur)
The most disappointing ones:
- WiFi is not working at all in our room (519). (for fairness, it was OK public areas)
- The restaurant had a terrible drainige-smell during breakfast. Literally you smell a shit breeze in every 1-2 minutes in the middle of the outside area.
Furnishing is outdated, rooms would definitely need an upgrade. We could not close the WC door in our room.
The beach towels can be replaced in every 3 days only, not a problem for us, but many quests were complaining.
The launch options are very limited in case you are not on "All Inclusive" package. Onsite restaurants are closed during the day, the bar food is very short, practically "pizza and Cesar salad" only. I would welcome at least basic seafood and light meat options (such as fried calamari or souvlaki) sold in the bar.
