Caldera Paradise was honestly even better than I expected! It was my first trip abroad with my son, and the whole experience was much better than I could have imagined.
The resort felt very safe and family-friendly, which gave me great peace of mind travelling with a child. The location is also fantastic, with shops nearby where you can easily buy beach toys, snacks and pretty much anything you might need.
There was plenty of entertainment for both children and adults, so we were never bored. The food was absolutely wonderful, with lots of great options, and the staff were fantastic — always friendly, helpful and welcoming.
We had such a lovely time and made some really special memories together. I would definitely recommend Caldera Paradise for families, and I would happily come back! ❤️

We had a wonderful one-week stay at the hotel. The food selection was exceptional, with a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious.
The hotel’s beach was clean, peaceful, and well maintained, and we spent most of our time there. We also had the opportunity to visit the neighbouring hotel, which offered an excellent children’s pool and a fun water-slide area.
The bed was very comfortable, and we slept extremely well throughout our stay.
The hotel has 2 buildings and if you’re not in the main building, you have to cross the road every time.
We travelled with a one-year-old child and, naturally, made our reservation with this in mind. Despite this, we were initially assigned a room on the first floor in a building without an elevator. After raising our concerns and making several complaints, we were eventually moved to another part of the building where an elevator was available.
We also had to request a baby crib twice, even though we had specifically requested one at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, we also left a stuffed animal and a baby soother (that plays white noise) in the room. Despite contacting the hotel, neither item was ever found or returned to us, which was particularly disappointing.

Clean, tidy and sleeping areas all great and hotel was nice. Fabio was really really nice and great fun to watch or be part of his bi go or games. He was awesome and will remember him for a while
Water too cold, I did not use the private pool as was way to cold for my liking. Themed nights was nice but such a small offering for these. Italian night had one pasta. Where feel should be lots of pasta and sauces with pizzas for example. Booking mini golf was full on booking system but hardly saw anyone using it all day. A couple of the bar staff felt just did not want to be there but some was great.
