Great location, older style accom, central location, won’t get better views.

Great location, amazing view, easy walking and transport. Close to restaurants and coffee shops, supermarket.

No coffee/tea facilities in room. No power points next to bed. Foyer area could be more comfortable as an area to wait for fellow travellers/or to do research tasks away from room. No bar or coffee area in service…amazing top floor restaurant closed-only used for breakfast, needs to open up for more than that - the jewel of the hotel.

the older front desk staff were cold and not respectful, except for one middle aged woman.

BEAUTIFUL view and great location!

The location and view were incredible. It was close enough to walk to the town square, but far enough away to be quiet.

The front door staff was not the friendliest and they required that the door keys stay at the hotel while we were out, making it feel that there could be people accessing our room when we weren’t there. However, the security seemed to be good.

Except for lisbon airport Terminal 2 services, Lisbon is highly recommended for many many reasons

The very elevated location with far reaching views must be the best of any location in Lisbon. staff very friendly. Also one of the nicest historic city quarters

Rooms, although clean , require modernisation and upgrading. Breakfast service facilities can be improved quite a bit without commercial sacrifice, like a knife to cut bread and a toaster

The breakfast was delicious, an excellent fresh squeeze orange juice and a beautiful view on top of all

overall I loved staying in this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

location is great, unbeatable 🙌 just next to a popular viewpoint. walking down to everything is very easy but take a taxi to go back up hill ( 4-5 euros)

the bathroom is very tiny, if there were no bidet that would be much more comfortable

Everything! the view is amazing! The staff was welcoming and let me check early. The rooms are clean and nice. Just be ready to go up the hill!

Great hotel with incredible view

Very good location, close to everything. View from our room was incredible. Room is cosy and clean. Staff is attentive and nice, they let us to check in earlier, which was very helpful after transatlantic flight. Wifi is strong. Would recommend anyone who visit Lisbon.

It would be nice to have coffee and tea maker in room.

Spacious and cosy room in excellent location

I loved this place. The room was very spacious and very cosy. I had lots of privacy, a comfortable bed, a desk and a bathroom. The view was absolutely phenomenal. The location was also great. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommened.

View was really Good and worth the money. Staff attitude was fair. Rooms were clean and tidy. Recommended for 2-3 night stay.

Situated at height and require a lot walking upwards. Breakfast was very simple with no variety like other similar hotels. Water pressure in washroom was low.

Wonderful family style hotel.

Lovely family style hotel with an incredible view to the whole city from the room window and from the restaurant. It is close to the center, but the hill is steep, it's worth climbing!

The breakfast is sufficient but could have been better and more versatile.

Nice hotel and view, but not a comfortable bed or pillows. Also, issue with ordering taxi.

I liked the location and the view.

The bed was uncomfortable as the bed seemed flat and the pillows had no real comfort to them. They just fell flat when you put your head on them. You'd expect more for the price. Also, when I came down my last morning I requested a taxi. After I finished requesting another woman came down and ordered one as well. She seemingly was going to take my taxi, so I stepped outside and waited and we agreed to share. Reminder that I requested first and the gentleman that called it in knows this. When the taxi arrived he told me I had to wait for the next one. My flight was in less than two hours (my fault), so I needed the first one as her flight wasn't for 3 hours. I was first to request one, so I have no idea why I'd have to wait. Is it because I'm American and she was European? He was a bit abrasive towards me about the whole thing and basically told me no. I told him he can't tell me no and that I'm taking the taxi I ordered.
