Fantastic location right near the best panoramic hill top in Lisbon

Great location with one of best views in Lisbon. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was adequate if a little basic. Staff were on the whole friendly and attentive. Shower was very powerful. We got a late flight in so the 24 hour reception was greatly appreciated.
Room was a little dated and worn out and one the staff was a little rude one morning. We also only had one set of towels on our first night

Only location
WiFi was down the first day. The staff were either indifferent, normal or rude. The manager was not available most of the time and when I had issues that manager o my knew, they refrained to call him.
