The check-in is an experience on its own. Antonia was super helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Her service is impeccable.

The room was exceptionally spacious, with a lovely balcony and a beautifully designed bathroom. The front desk and concierge teams were outstanding: warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary car service to The Swiss House, including the pickup afterwards.
The spa is the star of the hotel, with a large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, bio sauna, Finnish sauna, brine steam bath, and steam room. Boris at The Lobby courtyard was also excellent, with great charisma, thoughtful local recommendations, and very good food suggestions.
While we enjoyed the food, the service at both The Restaurant and The Japanese did not quite match the exceptionally polished standard of the front desk, concierge, and Lobby teams.

Amazing Spa! Perfect whirlpools- perfect saunas and cold plunge - hotel is great
I think the menu for dinner is too sophisticated- I would prefer in addition some more basic food - good ingredients but less “wanna-be”
