Paradiso nei Fiordi Occidentali Islandesi

Tutto perfetto. Posizione fantastica nei Fiordi Occidentali. Struttura bellissima, non manca nulla. Host fantastico e simpatico. Bellissimo, come anche la vasca termale naturale oltre la strada. Perfetta per riallassarsi.

Edullinen, mutta laadukas ja rento majoituspaikka loistavalla sijainnilla

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja joustava, meille lähetettiin vinkkejä siitä, mitä meidän kannattaisi tehdä vierailumme aikana ja vaikka saavuimme paikalle vähän myöhässä, henkilökunta odotti meitä. Mökit olivat sisältä tyylikkäitä, vasta remontoituja, erittäin siistejä ja tilavia. Hintaan kuuluivat vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Aamulla takapihalla pyöri lampaita ja näköala vuorille ja merelle oli upea. Tien toisella puolella oli kuuma lähde, jossa olisi voinut käydä uimassa, mutta valitettavasti emme ehtineet sitä kokeilemaan. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu ja sängyt mukavat! Täällä olisi viihtynyt paljon pidempäänkin.

Keittiöstä puuttui mikro ja tiskikoneaine, joten tiskikoneesta huolimatta jouduimme pesemään astiat käsin. Yksi seurueestamme valitti, että sänky oli vähän kova.

Everything was great. Full apartment/cabin with everything you will need. Met the owners, they are great hosts. It was a perfect stay that ended with the Northern Lights in the summer.

Great place to visit some of the Westfjords from!

Great location, nice comfortable house with spacious, well equiped kitchen. Hot pot literally across the road.

Shower drain was blocked and so the bathroom was a wet mess a lot of the time.

Very good

The host is very responsive to our requests. The guesthouse is very big and has full kitchen. The house is very clean.

There is no onsite dining. The nearest restaurant is about 20km away. So you would need to remember to have your dinner before checking in. Also it is a DIY guesthouse. You will need to put on pillow covers, bed sheets, comforter covers by your own and take off when you check out.

We are so grateful that the staff were so responsive when our daughter left some of her favourite clothing at the guesth

Very clean and spacious and cozy. Spectacular view. Kitchen facilities great. Felt like home. The spacious shower was great 😊 Room and beds cozy and compfortable and clean. Would love to stay there another time.

It’s good for value if you are used to it but not for a senior couple!

Hot spring pool is just across the road and it’s free with supply of towels! Apartment is in good size! The apartment attendant is responding quickly!

Air circulation is not sufficient especially in a hot afternoon! No dishwasher in property but you have to wash all the dishes before you go! Make your own bed and take all the beddings off before you leave like a school dormitory!

This was by far my favorite place I stayed in my 2 weeks in iceland. The facility was perfect and you can't ask for a better host. He was super friendly, was more than willing to answer any of the questions you have, and gave me a bunch of great recommendations when visiting Iceland. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Not so great experience

Both the worst and the most expensive house in our 2 week trip through Iceland, which involved 12 different accomodations. The bungalow was not the one we had originally booked, but the people at the reception were too busy with the restaurant to care or even provide any help. The linens were not ironed properly and did not smell clean. There was a half empty glass with lip marks on one of the bedrooms and cup inside the fridge. The kitchen utensils and pots were not clean, nor was the kitchen table. The bathroom and the bedrooms, which contained sinks, smelled like sewer. For some reason, the bathroom had a light sensor instead of a switch, which means you ended up showering in the dark. An overall bad experience, which was surprising considering the amount of positive reviews the place has

A pleasant and cozy place to rest

Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Apartment is very clean and cozy, hosts are friendly and check-in is easy. The surrounding nature is beautiful.

Beautiful cottage, comfortable stay

Very nice, comfortable and clean cottage. Spacious and kitchen well equipped with everything needed! Check in - out smooth. Communication excellent. Beautiful views and near a hot natural tab! We loved our stay there and we recommend this place!

It's a decent stay if you're in that part of Iceland, but keep low expectations comparatively.

Decent location, big enough space for 6 of us, garbage disposal is outside of the apartment(so no funky smell). Car parked in front of the apartment, Sea is 300m or so across the clearway, Mountains behind the apartment. Beautiful outside.

Pay extra for hotspring, put on and off all the beddings covers, unusually warm inside the apartment, little to no ventilation, ancient bed and bedding. Worn and old mostly, but still workable for the most part.

Awesome apartment.

Great stay! The location is perfect - right across the street from a really good hot pot and about a 15-20 minute drive to an even better one. Nice heated floors in the apartment and a full kitchen. Very comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very nice and friendly, we had full kitchen available. there is a geothermal pool just across the street. Bed was very comfortable.

there is a single bathroom for all guesthouse. It was not an issue for us as we were the only guests but with all five rooms full it might be a different story.
