as a spa hotel we expected thermal pools. we found out there are no thermal pools, only as special treatment.
hotel location is up on the hill. to get back from main street or city center might be difficult for some people.

Room is big and comfortable. Nice and clean
Included breakfast has a poor choice. Not tasteful. Asked for orange juice. They don’t have it. Every day carrot juice only. Omlets that they do are not tasteful. No bottle water offered.
if you are an elderly person with heart or lung problems that hotel isn’t for you. It is actually very inconveniently located towards city center. 150 steps to go down or up. There is an elevator that doesn’t work, but nobody tells you in advance. Alternatively you can go down from the hill, very steep and then up. You will be exhausted. This is not type of vacation you would like to have.
The only other option is permanently stay on the premises, but there is nothing to do in the hotel besides massage and pool.
