We stayed in a suite and we really liked it, the interior was very cosy and we had a huge bathtub and two sinks in the bathroom.
The buffet breakfast was very generous with a large food variety, though the dinner was not that great.
There's a nice little pool with a powerful massage jet, and a basic sauna and steam room, all exceptionally clean.
Location is superb
Staff is friendly, but lack of english could lead to awkward moments occasionally.

On arrival a new receptionist wanted to charge us a surcharge for not being 2 persons per room despite book double rooms for 1 person via Booking.Com

The location is fantastic, right at the heart of the town, with many restaurants and shops available within a 5-10 min walk. The breakfast was decent, even though the options were limited, and the rooms were very clean.
The walls were very thin, we could hear the next room's guests flushing in the wc and talking to each other very clearly. Tried to book a couple of spa treatments in advance and never got a reply to my message. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the staff got one of the orders wrong, and there was no way to change it, so my wife didn't have a meal for her. The staff's English is very limited.
