Gorgeous property!! It is a museum in your lobby and the facility is huge! Everything you need is here, definitely a must.
Most of the staff is rude. Upon check-in one of my two rooms was ready and the very nice and accommodating woman offered champagne and apologies. Upon checking back I dealt with a gentleman who was brief, rude and extremely condescending. I was on the property for two hours at that point and it was an hour and 45 minutes passed check-in time. I was assured that it would be a few minutes and then 15 minutes… a bellhop stepped in and took me to someone else. In the lobby Turbine Cafe the waiter was rude, rushing us when there was no wait and throwing plates and drinks. He essentially threw my wife’s smoothie at her. Everyone else was great and the hotel is amazing!

Great location, comfortable bedrooms
Not what I would call 5 star service. Nobody to help with bags. Some very grumpy staff.
