The hotel was lovely and the staff were accommodating.
When we arrived, one of the two elevators was out of service. By the following morning, neither elevator was working. Because our room was on the sixth floor, we had to cut short our planned morning walk, pack our belongings, and leave. I was physically unable to walk down six flights of stairs and then climb back up. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
