Wonderful neighborhood a quick walk to Forsyth fountain and a delightful coffee cafe on the corner. The house was huge with a front porch, back porch, manicured fenced backyard, full kitchen and much more. A fantastic stay with street parking readily available in a normally parking metered town. There are stairs to the main level, 19 of them and 19 again if using the top floor bedrooms and bath. An excellent value and my friends exclaimed when they saw how spacious and nicely staged the bedrooms were.

We enjoyed the outside deck very much; the beds were really comfortable; the location was near the free trolley, a fabulous bakery, and block and a half from Kroger grocery.
Steep stairs and especially no stair rail going to the third floor bedrooms, but host was very responsive to our needs. Not recommended for anyone with accessibility issues.

Location was great! Walking distance from downtown historic district.
Didn’t have sheets for sleeper sofas or pack n play but did respond quickly when called about it.
