Perfect place to stay and walk around Savannah!

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with plenty options to choose from. The people working at the hotel were all extremely nice and helpful. The location was great, close to restaurants and points of interest. The hotel offered free bikes to ride and they had wine for free everyday.

I was disappointed the rooms were in the condition they were in for this being a higher end chain.

It’s nice that there is a restaurant on the property and no pet fee. The location is good for walking to other sites.

The acoustics are pretty bad, at least in the suites. I tried two suite rooms (in the first the air conditioner was broken so we moved to the second one, which had trash and hair in some room corners and the shower drained slow). Most of the suites are on the streetside, and the traffic kept me and my dog up all night.

It was the loveliest birthday I’ve had in a long time

Its ambient spaces are so awesome! The lighting the bar the court yard all romantic!

I loved it all except my room maybe has a haunt in it!

Perfect week ! Great place to stay.

The hotel was pet friendly. The rooms were extremely clean. All of the front desk employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Valet parking employees also were very friendly and helpful.

Music in the courtyard was extremely loud one of the nights until rather late. I could have complained but felt like with everything else being perfection, what’s a little loud music.

Nice for our quick trip

We only stayed one night so we didn't get to explore the property. The entrance and rooms were nice, but small as it appears to be a renovated older building.

The only thing we did t like was the strong perfume smells in the lobby/hallway area. It was a nice scent but too overpowering. The bathroom is small so it would be difficult to navigate for a larger framed person.

Great location and staff

The staff was very accommodating. The restaurant food was excellent. The location was within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do, yet the property was quiet. The valet parking was convenient.

Not necessarily a negative, but on our ghost tour the tour guide shared a story about the hotel AND our specific room, which was a bit unnerving since we didn't know, but we laughed it off.

Overall a great hotel.

Everything in the hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly for the most part.

The night we were checking in on August the 16th at 2.20 AM. The female staff at the front desk was far from welcoming. Besides charging us double, she just acted like she did not want to be there.

I had a pleasant stay. The location was really excellent. The only thing I would comment on was the short staff.

Location was perfect, nice restaurant, lovely courtyard.

Short staffed, long, wait in restaurant, minimal toilet paper on arrival, another person we traveled with in another room had many problems. She had leaking refrigerator drain that would not flow and remote that did not work had to be replaced. This would not have been a big issue, but they took ours an hours to get resolved.

Great place to stay in Savannah

Valet was excellent, the employees are all courteous. This hotel is also pet friendly, clean, and historic. It is close to all the historic area and the rooms are very comfortable.

Very clean and bright. Inviting with a nice courtyard and a great pool! Good location as well to easily walk around the city.

Only thing we really didn’t like was how pricey the valet parking was and that there wasn’t a non-Valet option.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I returned to Savannah.

The location was perfect for walking throughout the historic district of Savannah. The hotel was actually nicer than I expected.

We decided to park at another garage whose daily rates were cheaper than the parking rates at this hotel. Since we each had a small suitcase or backpack, we could walk about 7 blocks to the garage.

It was a very expensive stay for just a short stop on the way home.

Older hotel but it was nicely renovated.

The beds were very hard. No one told us when check out was. Wasn’t given any kind of map like for ice machines or where anything was. When we checked in, we were given keys to an occupied room. Makes you wonder how many times that has happened.

room was clean and comfortable.

The gym was locked early in the morning, I went to the concierge and they told me to try again in 15 minutes. I still couldn't get in. The common areas seem to not be controlled temperature wise, hallways and elevators were super humid and hot. Expect that for the price the temperature would be reasonable other than dining/lobby and room areas. It took 45 minutes to get my breakfast that I ordered before my flight. I had less than 5 minutes to eat my food.

We had a wonderful trip! Devon and Latasha we’re especially helpful!

It was convenient to activities and within walking distance for what we wanted to do.

Difficult to park and where to go for checkin and unloading the car.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms - perfect for a Savannah girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Brice Hotel. We really enjoyed the location, walkable to many of Savannah's main sites and attractions. We loved the free social hour and wine. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast at the restaurant too.

If you are not a dog-lover, then this hotel probably is not for you. It is very dog-friendly and there were lots of dogs in the lobby. Otherwise, 5 stars!!!
