The Alida is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for years! Beautiful lobby, comfortable and quiet room, and a good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is also close to Savannah’s riverfront, near shopping, and landmarks. The staff members are cheerful and anticipated our needs. We would stay again.
Breakfast is a bit pricey.

The vibe of the hotel was fantastic.
No ice machine…just a freezer or ziplock bags of ice.

Chic and good location
I had a service animal and they questioned me and almost interrogated me about what my disability was. Very rude receptionist. When looking for a hotel, it said “dog friendly, charges might apply” well…If not a service animal the charge is $150 per night! Also valet is $55 a night and there is no other parking in the area unless you get lucky and find street parking .
Coffee pot in the room, but only two pods. They want you to go the restaurant and order a pot of coffee.
Free empty water bottle,but you have to fill it in the gym!
