The staff was amazing, especially Vanessa. We like the look and feel of the hotel and the location. Being able to eat at the hotel restaurant or nearby cafes was a bonus. We also liked the rooftop terrace. Rooms were a nice size.
The light switches are wonky. The closet light didn't stay on while the closet doors are open. There could be more thought put into the bathroom - it had limited counter space, no hooks to hang things like the robes or make-up bag and no shelf under the sink. We were traveling with big bags and staying for 5 nights. We needed more hangers and could have used more spaces for unpacking.

The rooms were comfortable and clean.
The restaurant was not very good. The food was mediocre and the staff was rude. We were charged for dinners we didn’t order. We challenged the bill and the waiter said ok. Not I’m sorry just ok.

Breakfast was good, it covered all the basics for the buffet (fruit, cheeses, meats, yogurt, bread, ...) and you could get omelettes made on site. The staff was great, very helpful. The doorman were very helpful flagging down taxis. We felt safe in the area. We were able to walk to Casa Batllo, Familia Sagrada and many tasty restaurants!
The lights in the room were a little confusing. It took multiple attempts to figure out how to the keep the light on in the bathroom. That being said, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Well maintained, lobby is stylish, location is very convenient.
From 1 Micheline Key I would expect more. It was just nice.
