A great location, very central. A very friendly and helpful young man in reception greeted us and booked us in.
We checked out early and he arranged a breakfast box and transfer taxi to airport.
Hotel room was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning.
Alot of noise from other rooms. Noise from outside hotel in early hours of morning. Dated carpets on stairwell.

Breakfast was descent and facility was great to relax and surounding area had many good restaurants and shopping areas.
Room with 2 twinbed was bit small.

The position was perfect for visiting the centre of Funchal
The bedroom was quite small and sadly no balcony area to sit outside.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was a decent size and there was a small balcony
The shower room was tiny. The breakfast room felt like a canteen and the food was very basic. The beds were too firm for us.
