Chic, stylish hotel with a local vibe.
All staff were excellent.
Great location for access to marina, town centre, bars, restaurants and shopping.
Toilet had a swing door rather than a separate, enclosed space

We had a corner room on the 2nd floor. It was spacious and central and also quiet
a minor inconvenience, but it would be nice to have the water in the room replenished daily, with the basement refill station available if you need additional water- rather than to have to go down there daily yourself

We stayed in this hotel a few times before, really enjoyed its central location and boutique feel.
This time, we stayed in standard room which was extremely small with bathroom sliding door not closing properly. The breakfast is not great, everything has to be ordered and not many great choices. The water bottle in the room, as we were told, has to be refilled by guests. In general, it wasn’t a big deal to take a walk to the gym to get it refilled, but that is not the experience we expect from 4 star hotel.
