Very nice and comfortable.

Every thing was perfect from staff in reception who was very friendly to all other facilities.

It would be great if they manage to reduce the heat in the corridors and the smell of bakery.

Отличный отель! Чисто, комфортно, есть все условия для комфортного прбывания.

Бронировала отель в связи с длительной пересадкой в аэропорту Сабиха. Ехать 10 минут, по цене - 100-150 лир такси. Очень комфортное место, чисто, оборудованный кухонный уголок, большой балкон. Неподалеку есть магазинчик-пекарня, где я в 23:30 купила себе перекус. Отличная локация не только для кратковременного размещения.

Très mauvaise expérience

Le monsieur a l'accueil le matin

L'équipe du soir qui nous a accueillis, on aurait dit qu'on les dérangeait en pleine conversation . Aucunes informations données sur le petit dejeuner. Ils nous disent que le réfectoire ferme dans 20 minutes et surprise 10 minutes après ils ferment nous n'avons rien mangés. Aucunes solutions proposées. Des stagiaires ? On aurait peut être du leur proposer un thé pour qu'ils continuent leur discussion.

Просторно, красиво, но не продуманно

Прекрасно работает ресепшен. Сотрудники действительно стараются помочь и решить любые затруднения. Внутри апартаментов красиво. Хорошее новое здание, в нём тепло и сухо.

Апартаменты красивые, но не продуманные. Мало розеток, дверь душевой кабины открывается узкой щелью. Есть стиральная машина, но не порошка. Есть раковина на кухне, но нет моющего средства.

It was AMAZING and everyone was so accommodating!!

There are no words to tell you how AMAZING it was. The staff were really respectful and friendly. They helped us a lot. Even the cleaning personnel were friendly.

Nothing everything was more than perfect!!!

Good stay at clean beautiful hotel. Hotel needs to work on consistent policy and communication.

Great location. Clean facilities. Beautiful clean rooms. Employees are polite and nice.

1. There is a major communication issue and inconsistency in hotel policy. When you speak to staff membes about something you get a different anwers. 2. Some of the cookware in the apartments are missing. Example I had a pot but no frying pan.

Not worth it

The flat itself is clean and looks like the pictures.

There were not enough kitchen equipments in the flat. No iron or ironing table. No cloth hangers. And the location was terrible. No access to metro line. One needs to get a bus for about 40 mins to get to the marmary.

It is always my number one choice

location beside masjid, hospital, supermarket, bakery and quiet area , staff were very friendly and fast in check in and out, please note that you need to have a car with you in order to travel any where.

flat with one bed room Ac is only in sitting room not in sleeping room.

Location, size of the apartment and big balcony

1. Not enough curtains so you can sleep well too bright 2. Don't have easy access to parking, you must call them by mobile (if they answer) 3. Cleaning is every 2 days

I like The size of the apartment The quietness The utilities The washing machine The reception manners The Wi-Fi Super market, pharmacy and hospital close by There is delicious cake shop besides

There was strong smell of cooking food There is no menu in the apartment No shuttle service There no safety deposit box There is no iron.. you should bring your own 2 of windows cannot be locked

Exceptional

Emin Residence truly does justice to it's name as 'Emin' means 'reliable/safe'. The staff are very supportive and adequate when you need assistance. İt was a peaceful stay. Shops for groceries, a backery and restaurants are nearby The neighbourhood is quiet. The apartment itself is cosy, practical and clean. Thank you so much and best regards!

Our Turkish home.

Everything starting from the reception welcoming team as Marwa, Mahmoud and Fatih. Also breakfast come at room but more than what you expect as the traditional Turkish one.
