When you book this townhome, you give your group all these things and more! Chimney Ridge Lupine Townhome is a remodeled premium townhome in the heart of Breckenridge that sleeps up to 10 people. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Main Street and an even shorter walk to the Peak 9 base area of Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you don’t feel like walking, a free shuttle stop is just a block away. There’s also a private 1-car garage that will keep your car warm and dry if you prefer your own transportation. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa with a chase situated in front of the gas fireplace. Two cozy chairs are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you read the newspaper and watch the sunrise through the east-facing windows. The huge wall-mounted flat-screen TV is perfect for catching the game or watching a movie with the kids. Just off the living area is the private hot tub with mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen area features stainless steel appliances and contrastingly beautiful quartz counters. There’s plenty of counter space for even the most demanding chefs, and there’s also plenty of seating (room for 6) at the breakfast bar for the backseat cooks and sous chefs to supervise as well. The attached dining area features a large table with room for 6. There’s even a separate porch off the dining area that has a gas grill for barbequing. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the home and having our own driveway/entrance. The townhome was big enough for 5 adults to have plenty of space. We enjoyed the short walk to town each morning for coffee and our daily trips to shop. It is also perfectly located within walking distance of many nearby hiking trails. We loved being able to walk from the townhome to the trailhead - must do Sawmill Reservoir. The kitchen was well stocked for making small meals. We took advantage of the Village Pool- short walk from the condo and enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We made lots of great memories and would highly recommend. Breckenridge is a great family destination and the townhome was perfectly located so we could easily enjoy all the outdoor summer activities. Everyone in our group loved the free BrekConnect Gondola to the top of the peak. I would suggest adding a few fans to help circulate the air. Would highly recommend and go back in the future. The location is absolutely perfect and the biggest perk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this unit with two families of four. However, I would not consider this ski in ski out. Rather, it’s a short, relatively flat walk to either the snowflake lift, or the Quicksilver lift. The unit could use new beds and pillows. Very uncomfortable sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was. The layout is perfect and there is plenty of room to comfortably fit guests. We loved the hot tub and everything is nicely updated. We had a wonderful stay with our friends and would definitely come back next time.
