Nice pod at a decent price, lovely staff at check in.
Finding place in dark with so many buildings around while walking on muddy fields with no paths was challenging and unnecessary.
I wish there was some sort of notice that we needed wellies to get to the property.. ended up spending valuable time in the morning cleaning mud off the shoes before our flight.
Bathroom door needed full lifting each time to close.

Cosy and clean and bed very comfortable
Had everything I needed.
Cold jacuzzi 😩
Could do with a little stone path as the fields was very mucky due to rain so made it hard with luggage to keep muck out of pod

All staff we dealt with were excellent. So helpful & efficient & friendly. Really exceptional. Location for NEC was great as was having the restaurant next door & I forgot my jacket in the restaurant but it had been kept overnight & was safe! Definitely recommend this for a stopover
Really was great. I think I would have liked lighter breakfast options like yogurt & toast but the breakfast options for cooked were very good & great value

I was in a large pod that could have slept 6. So it felt spacious. Layout of tv was odd you couldn’t watch it unless you stood up. Staff at church in helped with locating light switches (in a cupboard obviously!) getting bedding and locating switches to turn on the electric blow heater. Kitchen and restaurant staff were very friendly and kind. So helpful.
I didn’t like the lack of self catering equipment.. no spoons or bowls.
