We had a good stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site was excellent. I was going to book again for our next trip to the NEC but I see the room price is going up by 35% which make this less competitive with other hotels in the area including the ones that are even on site at NEC, so we will stay elsewhere on our next visit to the NEC which is a shame as we would have liked to come back to Berryfields.

Great location, good breakfast.
Tech for adjusting air conditioning in room. TV not straightforward. Bedside lighting poor. No lighting over the vanity area. Nowhere to congregate after bar closes after an event.

Breakfast probably would have been OK if we came down at 7.30
But at 9.00 it was dried up!
Room not at all comfortable to relax befor our evening out
