Very welcoming on arrival. Lots of useful information about the local area provided.
Good breakfast and very clean and comfortable rooms with an excellent shower and bathroom. The free minibar with soft drinks and fresh water daily was a very nice touch.
The pool was a welcome feature after a long day walking around the city.
The hotel provides a bar service from reception until 10pm. However, it's only drinks.
The opportunity to purchase a few snacks like nuts, crisps, etc would have been appreciated.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. We could walk to. Zurriola beach. The rooms were clean. We could go downstairs and help ourselves to tea and coffee.
We felt the hotel was very expensive for what was on offer. The rooms were small and there was very limited storage, eg nowhere to hang dresses. The safe was too small for electronics. Breakfast was E16 pp on top. As a family of four this was an extra E64 per day. Decor was sparse and functional, no pictures, nothing cosy. Overall the hotel felt very average for the money. It would be nice if the decor could be made more homely, wardrobes in the bedrooms, plants by the pool area and breakfast included. Would also be nicer to be able to make tea and coffee in our room.
